Dr Peijian (Peggy) Zeng MBBS, DRACOG, FRACGP
Prior to coming to Australia, Dr. Zeng graduated MBBS in 1989 from Jinan University, Guangdong, China. Since arriving here she has satisfied all the requirements of the Australian Medical Council, having successfully passed its examination in 1993. Through continued education, studies and training Dr Zeng subsequently obtained a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, together with Diploma of the Royal Australian College of Obsteatricians and Gynaecologists. She is an experienced female doctor in Werribee with a special interest in women’s health, antenatal shared care, postnatal depression, common problems in children, asthma management and acupuncture (for which she trained in China). Dr Zeng speaks three different Chinese dialects – Mandarin, Cantonese, and Tao-chew.

Dr Robert G. Padanyi PhD (Medicine) MB.BS
Following an early career in Pharmacology and a Ph.D from the Department of Medicine, University of Melbourne, Dr.Padanyi undertook medical studies and graduated MBBS in 1983 also of the University of Melbourne. He worked full time as Public Hospital Medical Officer for the next 3 years, located in Ballarat, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of medical, surgical and general practice care. Following this period, and since 1987, Dr. Padanyi has continued his work in private general practice.
Dr Shiu Lun (Alan) Kwong MB.BS
Dr Kwong graduated MBBS in 2006 from the University of Melbourne and has worked full time at Eastern Health. During that time, he has gained extensive experience in children’s health, medical emergencies and surgical procedures. He has a special interest in children’s health and travel medicine. Dr Kwong is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Dr Victoria (Vicky) Gershenzon MB.BS F.R.A.C.G.P.
Dr Gershenzon graduated MBBS in 2010 from the University of Melbourne and worked full time on the Mornington Peninsula during her residency. During this time, she gained broad experience in all aspects of general practice, including women’s and children’s health, as well as mental health. A new mum herself, Dr. Gershenzon is passionate about helping families through the tough days of early parenthood, with a rational approach to infant feeding and sleeping. She also takes a special interest in the compassionate care of the elderly, and she actively visits local Aged Care facilities. Dr Gershenzon is fluent in both English and Russian.
Tamara Bitans, Registered Nurse
Tamara has recently joined the team, coming from a diverse background in Emergency, ICU, Cardiac Care, as well as community care and rehabilitation. She has been a registered nurse since 1994 and bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as commitment to our team, having been a patient of ours for the past 10 years. Tamara is compassionate and dedicated to providing complete care and support to her patients.
