Information is generally collected directly from you, but in some circumstances we may collect it from third parties such as treating specialists, pathology providers, hospitals, your other healthcare providers, family members or carers, where you have authorised this or where required by law.

- To process Medicare, DVA, WorkSafe, TAC or health-fund claims

We will not use your information for direct marketing without your consent.
Storage and security
Your records are held securely in our clinical software with appropriate access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, audit logging, regular backups, and protection against unauthorised access. Paper records are stored in locked storage and destroyed securely when no longer required.
Access and corrections
You may request access to or correction of your health record at any time by contacting reception. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may charge a reasonable cost-recovery fee for retrieval and copying.
